HOW TO DEAL WITH LONELINESS
AN INNER ABSENCE
| LOVE THE LIFE YOU LIVE ❤❤❤ |
One of the great problems of human
beings is that we’re too good at keeping going. We’re experts at surrendering
to the demands of the external world, living up to what is expected of us and
getting on with the priorities as others around us define them. We keep showing
up and being an excellent boy or girl – and we can pull this magical feat off
for up to decades at a time without so much as an outward twitch or crack.
Until suddenly one day, much to
everyone’s surprise, including our own, we break. The rupture can take many
forms. We can no longer get out bed. We fall into a catatonic depression. We
develop all-consuming social anxiety. We refuse to eat. We babble incoherently.
We lose command over part of our body. We are compelled to do something
extremely scandalous and entirely contrary to our normal selves.
Research has shown that loneliness is found throughout
society, including among people in marriages along with other strong
relationships, and those with successful careers. Most people experience
loneliness at some points in their lives, and some feel it very often some feel
alone even in between a large crowd but some stays happy in alone there can be
many factor behind it which are varied as in cultural factors, lack of meaning
full relationship , a significant lose ,
an excessive reliance on passive technology like internet which can lead
someone to obesity , risk of depression and even to risk of death ,that is one
of the most neglected issue of society of today’s world which can be cured by a
social treatment by engaging socially with others and by group activities and
re-engaging with old friends or colleagues or by keeping a pet , that period of
time produce a puzzle in your mind which dig you more deep , we have seen
people around us having lack of restlessness and lack of sleep for days can’t
be just answered in one life having no
one in life whom you can tell what you feel and what you think is always is a
tough time of your life, but if you try to look into basics of everything it
always start providing you answer and over dependence on something always end
you with a feeling of having nothing .
its up to you how long you just stay with that
thing and how long do you cry and keep that thing with you will hurt you more
its always you who decide your destiny these is always a solution for a
question if not than the question it self has a problem keeping yourself in
dark and thinking that light itself will come inside your room not going to
happen
you need to open your window and living in a
virtual world itself is poison that may giving you a sense of relaxation but
over dependence on anything either it be your parents can’t help you in your
life, coz when god gave you birth you alone came out of your mother womb so how
can you expect someone else to a reason of your loneliness,
Why there are some people
happy even being alone in a single room ?
Answering anything is easy
if you try to find it by yourself ,the art of staying away from toxic people,
and societal pressure remain always even if you are a student or married or at
any place in life that always stays 1 not passing a exam , or not getting a
dreamed successful life and having all but feeling all alone remains there but
being a student you need to live in reality and need to understand that if you
not get what you always wanted than you can always do something else and you
may be called failure but you have to decide what you are cause that is only
matter at last cause you are the driver of your journey, and it’s up to you
where you take it coz all the consequences will we faced by yourself
it feels like you're trapped inside your
own mind, and can't escape. No matter where you run, what you do, you can't get
away from the pain you feel inside.
The emotional pain you feel is palpable.
No matter where you go, it is there. You just want to curl up and cry. Crying
is so intense that it physically hurts your chest. You just want it to end, for
the pain to stop, but it just won't. A fear grips your mind, telling you that
this will never end, that you will be in emotional agony for an eternity.
Everything outside of you becomes
distant, some place far away that is unreachable. You go through the motions of
your everyday life, but you're not actually there. Thoughts race through your
head at a frenetic pace, drowning out the outside world. If somebody speaks to
you, their words fall on deaf ears. People around you just don't understand
that you're fighting a battle with your own mind, and losing.
What
I've learned from my own experiences is that you can't run from your problems;
denying that something is wrong doesn't work. You have to work them out before
they get out of hand, lest you have a mental breakdown like I did.
“The root of loneliness isn't the absence of
other people but an inner absence—you don't have a centered
awareness of your true self. Your true self is your spirit, which is infinite
and eternal. Its qualities include love, compassion, equanimity, joy,
creativity, intuition, pure potentiality and bliss which just take a back step
while you need is to recognize it , well it is normal and it is part of being a
human it reminds us that we are never complete without ourselves , it act as a
illusion of loosing everything which you never had but its more about you that
how long did you take to recognize it and overcome and become strong ,brave and
better version of you”
There can be contradiction about loneliness in
between strength and depression but it’s like a ocean , looks beautiful from
shore but if you float over it can have its bad consequences too !!
